Harmony Validator Slate

Live on-chain state of the stake.one vault delegation set. Weights are expressed in points (out of 10,000 total) and determine how new deposits are distributed. Queued changes are at /timelocks.

Curation rationale

These validators were approved after a security and operational review. The criteria: long history of uptime, low slashing risk, independent operators (no correlated failures), and infrastructure diversity. All subject to 7-day timelock governance — changes are public for a week before they take effect.

Notes

  • In Perfect Harmony (IPH) and Validator.ONE are operated by the same team but are separate validator entities. The dual-validator approach reduces single-operator risk under Harmony's EPOS election mechanism. Neither validator receives preferential treatment; both earn weight based on the same security and uptime criteria.
  • Weights are based on a total of 10,000 points. For example, a weight of 1,500 represents 15% of new delegation flow.
  • Weight changes only affect future deposits and compounded rewards. Existing delegation is not moved by weight changes.
  • All weight changes are 7-day timelocked. See /timelocks for the full queue and history.
  • The stake.one validator row is approved but at weight 0 — kept on the list for archeology since it isn't currently elected.
Adding or removing a validator requires a 7-day timelock. See pending changes at /timelocks/harmony.
